Grant/Volunteer Program

Riverside Students, Teachers and Staff,
We are so grateful for all your hard work and effort to educate and inspire your students and classmates. As your PTSO, we want to help you have everything you need to be successful at Riverside.

The PTSO Grant/Volunteer Program aims to provide funding to Riverside Students, Teachers and Staff who would like to request additional funds or volunteers for academic enhancement and school support.

Requirements:

• Grant recipients must be a Riverside High School Student, Teacher or Staff Member.
• Grant recipients must be a RVHS PTSO Member. You can join online: www.riversidehs.com/ptso/membership.html
• Funds must be used for activities/programs/items related to school support.
• Any funds that remain unused for the approved purpose shall be returned to the PTSO.

Application Process:

• Fill out the reverse side of this form; attach any supplemental information (additional details, itemized lists, pricing, available receipts, images, web sites, etc.)
• Application must be signed and approved by Principal Anderson prior to submission.
• Submit the form via the PTSO office mailbox, or as a PDF file to riversidehighPTSO@gmail.com.  If using the mailbox, please also email the PTSO to notify.  The PTSO will confirm receipt.
• The PTSO Board will review your application.  We will try to communicate a final decision within 2 weeks of the submission date.
• Grant approval is subject to availability of funds and approval by Principal Anderson and RVHS PTSO.
• Requests can be submitted any time throughout the year.  Print the application from the PTSO Web site, or email us to request an application.
